Like most mobile phones, N97 doesnt support all the video formats available out there. but it does support MP4, and we gonna convert everything else to MP4.
Download : Videora Ipod Convertor [yes, ipod!]. Works like a charm. plus, its free.
This software “can convert all types of video files (avi, divx, xvid, flv, x264, vob, mpeg, DVD’s, YouTube, etc.) into the proper video formats (MPEG-4, H.264)” [from official website]
Select “iPod touch 3rd gen” as device. This is the profile list you get when you use the advanced power mode:

For the best video quality (and longest conversion time), select MPEG-4 VGA 1024 kbps Stereo/128kbps Avi Sync. Time taken to convert a 58mb .avi file : 18 mins. The converted .mp4 file is 37mb.
Hope this helps. =)

So here we are with our second giveaway. =)
BBCaller is a fun app which fakes an incoming call. After you start the application, a fake phone call will be activated after a delay (configurable, default is 30s). You can set the caller’s name/number and operator name, also you can choose whether to vibrate or blink during the fake call. When the fake call starts, press the red button to stop it. [Copied directly from the official site! :p ]
Note: If you set any other operator than your own, You will get a second line when your fake call comes. Most would not like that, so keep that in mind.

As of now, the ‘answer’ and ’silence’ button doesnt work [you will have to press the red button to stop the fake call], but i have had a talk with the developer and i think he will be updating it sometime soon.
This is a fun app which you may use to get out of sticky situations :p
Download: BBCaller for N97
Costs $4.99. We are giving away 3 license of BBCaller. All you need to do is comment below. Simple.
Thanks to ThinkChange[developer] for the giveaway.
Update: Winners are Peter, Tarek and Laboi. Check your inbox. Thanks everyone. =)
